Request Account Deletion

At Strango, we value your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete via App (Instant)

1. Open the Strango app on your device.
2. Navigate to Profile > Settings (Gear icon).
3. Scroll down and select Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice. Your account will be deactivated immediately.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting our support team:

Please send the email from the address associated with your Strango account and include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Data Deletion & Retention Policy

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, profile picture, and bio.
• User Content: Chat history, call logs, and friend lists.
• App Progress: Leaderboard rankings, points, and achievements.

Retention Period: Upon confirmation, your account is immediately deactivated. All personal data is permanently erased from our active databases within 30 days. Backups may retain encrypted data for up to 90 days in accordance with legal obligations and system recovery protocols.
